Terms & Conditions -applies to all bookings

By taking entry to the house, you agree to leave by the stated time of 10am on the date of departure.
By taking entry to the house you agree to leave the house in a clean and tidy condition and pay for damage caused outwith minor breakages.
Maximum occupancy at any time is 22 people for Ardgour House, if this condition is breached you will be asked to vacate the property immediately as to do so would be a breach of our license.
Two dogs are allowed, dogs should be house trained and not be permitted on soft furnishings.
We require prior discussion before we will accept single sex parties, hen or stag parties, or hag parties! We welcome everyone to Ardgour House however sadly we have had extensive damage caused by some groups of this nature. If this condition is breached you will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
Bookings for weddings or large events are only be prior agreement, if this condition is breached you will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
If you wish to utilise a caterer or other external provider during your stay this must be agreed prior to your stay.
The charging of electric vehicles is prohibited.

Booking deposit for all bookings is 950 payable on booking.
Balance are due 12 weeks prior to arrival date.
Money must be paid in 1 transaction, we cannot accept part payments from multiple parties.
Booking deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Where balance of rental has been paid and you wish to cancel, we will attempt to relet. If successful, we will refund the balance (less deposit).
If unsuccessful, we will refund 10% of full rental, which is based on our variable costs.
We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
